– Acting family members of a pilot in an aviation incident case;
– Acting a French logistic provider in any dispute relating to the aviation freights, charges, and expenses;
– Acting shipping lines and Clubs to handle cases relating to backlogged goods at seaports;
– Assisting P&I Clubs on the matter of the crew claims;
– Assisting as a retainer of the foreign invested companies relating to the corporate governance;
– Assisting the foreign shipping lines and freight forwarders in any dispute of cargo damage, and demurrage/detention charges.
