Mr Dang Viet Anh – Managing Partner of ANHISA LLC and accredited mediator of the Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC), was invited to speak and share his practical experience on the topic of “Force Majeure and hardship clause and liability exemption cases” in relation to logistics, maritime and aviation.

Mr Dang Viet Anh – Managing Partner of ANHISA LLC and accredited mediator of the Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC), was invited to speak in a talk show held by VIAC and VMC about mediation and how to become a mediator.

On 21 May 2022, Mr. Dang Viet Anh participated in a professional seminar on the “Role of lawyers in commercial mediation” at Can Tho City as a speaker. This seminar was organized by the Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC) and the Can Tho City Bar Association with the participation of more than 80 lawyers who are members, or trainees of the Can Tho City Bar Association and a number of other Bar Associations. The seminar was moderated by three main speakers who are Mediators of the Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC), including Mr. Phan Trong Dat – Director of VMC, Lawyer Hoang Nguyen Ha Quyen and Lawyer Dang Viet Anh.

Mr. Dang Viet Anh accompanied Legal Talk 2 – Legal Events and Information Forum 7 June 2022 at Ho Chi Minh City Law University. With his extensive professional legal knowledge and practical experience, Mr. Dang Viet Anh brought a lot of useful information, as well as answering questions from students about issues related to Commercial Mediation.

To meet the needs of the approach to knowledge and practices in the field of commercial mediation for businesses, the Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC) cooperated with Vietnam Business Lawyers Club (VBLC) to organize a basic training course in August 2022 with the theme: “Dispute settlement skills through commercial mediation”. With extensive professional legal knowledge and practical experience in the field of commercial mediation, the Managing Partner of ANHISA – Mr. Dang Viet Anh, and other experienced lawyers brought a lot of useful information about this field during the training course.

On August 22, 2022, Mr. Dang Viet Anh and other lawyers attended a Webinar “Career paths in arbitration and ADR in Vietnam” organized by ICC YAAF (Young Arbitration & ADR Forum) as speakers. The Webinar session aims to provide the necessary information and knowledge to law students and young practitioners in the legal field.

Managing Partner of ANHISA – Mr. Dang Viet Anh accompanied the 2nd Workshop with the topic “The role of lawyers in commercial mediation” as a speaker on 26 August 2022. The workshop takes place in two forms: Online on the Google Meet platform and Offline at Hanoi Law University.

On 24 October 2022, our Managing Partner, Mr. Dang Viet Anh, joined the Japan Arbitration Association Seminar (JAA) held by Japan Arbitration Association and supported by Mori Hamada & Matsumoto at Osaka. During the seminar, he, other colleagues at ANHISA, and Japanese lawyers have the opportunity to discuss arbitration popularity, enforcement of arbitral awards, training, and mediation potentiality in Vietnam. The seminar consists of three parts: Specific features of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) rules, Arbitration practice in Vietnam, and Q&A session respectively.
