Congratulations: Mr.Dang Viet Anh has become an arbitrator of VIAC

After nearly 20 years of actively participating in arbitration and mediation activities in Vietnam and other countries, our managing partner – Mr. Dang Viet Anh has become an arbitrator of VIAC (Vietnam International Arbitration Centre). He is looking forward to contributing to building Vietnam’s arbitration and mediation community to be closer to world standards.

Mr. Viet Anh is very active in both domestic and international arbitration. He frequently represents his clients at arbitral tribunals as well as trial and appellate hearings at all levels of Vietnamese Courts. Mr. Viet Anh has also sat as a member arbitrator and presiding arbitrator in various tribunals to handle disputes arising from construction contracts, cargoes sale & purchase contracts, leasing and mortgage agreements, shipbuilding contracts, M&A deals, insurance and re-insurance policies, charterparties and bills of lading, logistics contracts, contracts for carriage of goods by sea, air and/or road, multi-modal contracts, and many other types of disputes.
