International Commercial Mediation Competition – ICMC 2022

International Commercial Mediation Competition 2022 – 2022 ICMC is a competition co-organised by the Vietnam Mediation Centre – VMC of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre – VIAC and the Faculty of International Trade and Business Law, Hanoi Law University.

Our Managing Partner, Mr.Dang Viet Anh, also a listed mediator of Vietnam Mediation Center, is invited to be in the Judge panels of ICMC 2022. With his many years of experience and vast knowledge in mediation, Mr. Dang Viet Anh have actively contributed to the competition.

The purpose of the 2022 ICMC is to promote the use of mediation as a popular alternative dispute resolution method. The case designed for 2022 ICMC gives participants an opportunity to approach various and substantive challenges and situations arising in mediation. Furthermore, ICMC is a useful playground for young and promising law students and law practitioners to learn more about ADR and mediation. Via ICMC, participants can practice the essential skills and gain a deeper understanding of alternative dispute resolution methods, and more precisely mediation in such an informative and interesting event.

After ICMC, 24 teams will undoubtedly continue to hone their knowledge, skills, and perseverance in order to thrive on their legal paths and careers. International Commercial Mediation Competition – ICMC 2022 will be a milestone marking their journey and fueling their legal passion to achieve greater victory. ANHISA hopes that the participants of ICMC will gain more knowledge in ADR and mediation, as well as assisting to lay the foundation for activities to promote the development of commercial mediation in the future. We look forward to a future where international commercial mediation solutions are widely appreciated and used by enterprises, businessmen and communities in Vietnam.
