To support our continuous expansion, ANHISA Hanoi Office is currently seeking 01 highly motivated Legal Intern who is passionate about developing in-depth legal skills within our core practice areas.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Legal Intern (01 candidate)

• Location: Hanoi Office – Unit 806, 8th Floor, Tung Shing Square Building, No. 02 Ngo Quyen Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-time / Flexible arrangement for final-year students).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on statutory regulations, precedents, and international maritime/commercial arbitration frameworks.

• Assist lawyers in drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents, advisory memos, research notes, and dispute resolution submissions (Bilingual: English & Vietnamese).

• Support the case management process, including reviewing evidence dossiers, hearing preparations, and organizing case files for litigation and arbitration proceedings.

• Participate in administrative tasks and ad-hoc creative/development projects related to the firm’s legal practice expansion.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Partners, Senior Associates, and Associates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Final-year law students or recent graduates from top-tier law universities (e.g., Hanoi Law University, VNU University of Law, FTU, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, etc.).

• Strong interest and fundamental knowledge in Commercial Law, Maritime Law, International Trade, Arbitration, and ADR.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English (capable of legal translation and research).

• Strong analytical skills, legal writing capability, high attention to detail, and a proactive learning mindset.

• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle confidential information with integrity.
