Ms. Phan Minh Phuong is an Associate in our Aviation and Shipping Team, with various experience in both dry and wet work. She has assisted clients across a variety of sectors, such as shipping, sanctions, insurance, international trade, corporate, and all forms of dispute resolution cases. She has handled 27 cases of maritime claims, including all ranges of cargo shortage/damage, collisions/allisions, vessel sanction, ship arrest/confiscation and release, container long stay, cargo disposal, and other relevant matters such as correspondent fee recovery, fraudulent transactions, and cargo smuggling. Aside from the aforesaid specialties, she also handles an aviation case in relation to aircraft redelivery procedures, cases regarding IP trademark and trade name infringement matters, or debt recovery for regular Clients of the firm. She has been appointed by many esteemed clients from Greece, Spain, Japan, Korea, etc., P&I Clubs and underwriters including Gard, Steamship, Korea P&I Club, Tokio Marine, and Japan P&I Club. She used to work for P&I Club like Gard AS and has been coordinating with many US, Greek, and Japanese lawyers in many claim and dispute cases before local maritime administrations, customs, as well as both international and local courts and arbitration tribunals.
