1. Supported a USD 30-million M&A deal for investing in a hospital in Vietnam by a Singaporean investor;
2. Supported the establishment and operation of a wind farm in Tra Vinh and a wind farm in Ben Tre;
3. Assisted a M&A deal in an ed-tech startup in Vietnam (deal successfully closed with the Target Company fulfilled all CP requirements, and received the first withdrawal of investment capital);
4. Assisted a financial company in building up the ESG capacity documents for potential fund-raising activities;
5. Assisted a public company in Vietnam to build up the intra-corporate governance rules to adapt the “Vietnam Corporate Governance Code of Best Practices 2019) (issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, IFC, the World Bank and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
6. Assisted several local companies and investors regarding the establishment and operation under the local regulatory frameworks;

Investment

7. Assisted a regional shipping line in setting up a new investment project in a Northern city of Vietnam;
8. Assisted a global shipping line in the establishment and operation of a warehouse and joint venture inland transportation investment project in Hai Phong – Quang Ninh;
9. Assisted the Client in setting up several outward investments in industrial parks and economic zones in the North of Vietnam, for the fields of manufacturing, processing for export, facilities, and power development, including Que Vo Industrial Park of Bac Ninh Province, Dong Van II and Dong Van III of Ha Nam Province, and Hansip Industrial Park of Hanoi, etc;

Financing

10. Assisted a quasi-State enterprise in a syndicated offshore loan with the Loan Amount of USD 200 million for a power plant in the Centre of Vietnam;
11. Assisted a private company in a private bond issuance for building a factory in Que Vo Industrial Park of Bac Ninh Province;
12. Assisted a private company in adapting the Green Bond Framework of the local commercial bank for receiving the financial instruments;
13. Assisted the Client in some inter-corporate loans for Vietnamese companies;
14. Rendering an Advice regarding PE firm’s businesses with potential consideration of “banking activities”;
