Ms. Tran Thi Bao Tram is an outstanding graduate of law from Hue University of Law and currently serves as an Associate at ANHISA. Prior to her tenure at ANHISA, she held the position of Legal Consultant at a boutique law firm in Ho Chi Minh City, where she provided comprehensive advisory services to various foreign enterprises aiming to invest in Vietnam, particularly in the sectors of agriculture, tourism, and food services.

During her time at the firm, she, together with her team, played a crucial role in delivering legal counsel on M&A transactions for a small-scale solar energy project in Vietnam, which had an estimated project value of USD 1,500,000. Additionally, she provided legal guidance on the regulatory requirements essential for businesses operating in specialized fields, including pharmaceuticals, education, and healthcare.

Joining ANHISA at the beginning of 2024 with a keen interest in the shipping industry, she contributes to the shipping team by representing shipowners and various cargo interests in resolving cargo claims and disputes arising from collisions. Besides, she also collaborates with the litigation team to formulate strategies for resolving litigation cases in court, with a focus on disputes in respect of credit agreements, transportation and carriage contracts, and shareholder conflicts. She also works closely with the corporate team to offer legal counsel on matters related to corporate restructuring, investment project registration, and compliance.
