[EVENT] CEO Community Exchange Seminar “Model of using outsourced legal services for businesses: Current situation and recommendations for operators”

In this context, outsourcing legal services has emerged as a practical solution for many enterprises. To explore this approach, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) – Ho Chi Minh City Branch, in collaboration with the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), is organizing the CEO Networking Seminar titled “Outsourcing Legal Services for Businesses: Current Practices and Recommendations for Executives”.

The seminar will feature in-depth discussions on the advantages, challenges, and critical considerations for adopting outsourced legal services. This event is part of the 2024 Executive Business Director Training Program, offering practical insights and real-world experiences from industry leaders.

One of the seminar’s highlights will be the participation of Mr. Dang Viet Anh, Managing Partner of ANHISA Law Firm, Arbitrator at VIAC, and Mediator at the Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC). With over 25 years of expertise across industries such as commercial, shipping, aviation, insurance, and international trade, Mr. Anh is a leading figure in Vietnam’s legal landscape.
